- All Top up/sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the services, unused services or credits in your wallet, or account cancellations.
2. Canceling Services
- If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request cancellation by emailing us at support @ chatltt.com.
- Alternatively, you can cancel your services directly from your account dashboard by following the provided instructions.
3. Account Deletion
- Users have the option to delete their accounts from the ChatLTT platform at any time.
- Account deletion is irreversible and will result in the permanent removal of all associated data and content from our systems.
4. No Refund or Credit
- ChatLTT does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any unused portion of wallet credits
- Upon cancellation of services or account deletion, users will not be entitled to any refund or credit for any remaining subscription period.
- You are free to consume any remaining credits in your wallet.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- In exceptional circumstances where ChatLTT is unable to provide services as outlined in the terms of service agreement, users may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of ChatLTT management.

- ChatLTT reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
